Marketing mistake

I just receive in the Postal Mail a promotional piece from a big company in the business of selling mailing lists and direct mail service. The piece was addressed to an individual who has not resided at this location at any time in the 21st Century. This is not a good sign. It does not inspire confidence in the quality of the lists being peddled.
